Introduction:
Through the use of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), this course introduces students to both basic and advanced web design. There is no prerequisite knowledge of HTML or web design for this course. Throughout the course, students learn how to organize and build efficient websites, put those websites into practice by writing HTML and CSS, improve websites using page layout strategies, text formatting, graphics, photos, and multimedia, and create a working multi-page website.
